Our approach is simple, it starts with communication! Either on the phone or at your listing. We believe that getting a feel for how you show the property is very important in providing quality real estate photography and drone photography . We will make every effort to match your real estate photos with your personal style of showing the property

WE GUARANTEE BLUE SKIES

Attracting people to a real estate property begins with a connection of the property’s exterior and its surroundings. The first point of contact will normally be the home and the landscape and sky immediately follow which provides the overall mood of the photo. Having said this, a barren lawn or a gloomy sky altogether just turns off the viewing experience for people looking at real estate listings because apart from the structure, there are no other areas of interest in the image. If this isn’t enough to convince you, more than 7 out of every 10 viewers of real estate listings tend to look further into a listing with a clear blue sky. Studies also show that bright images bring optimism in people, leading them to make decisions in a context of happiness. What to Expect

Your project will start with a consultation about your real estate photos , either on the phone or in person. After we understand what you are trying to accomplish we will set a time for the shoot. After the shoot the project will go to editing, and depending on the size and editing involved the final product will be delivered in 1-3 days. Real estate photography paired with drone photography is what will set you listing apart!

Aerial Photography

In addition to ground-level photography, we also offer aerial photography, more commonly known as drone photography. Our studio holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Airman certificate which allows us to operate small unmanned aircraft systems

Whether you have a waterfront listing, a home on a large piece of property, raw land, or commercial development, our equipment allows us to capture breathtaking views. Our services include standalone drone photo packages or a drone session can be added to any of our photography packages.
